Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Strategic Business Advancement, the Coordinator will be an integral member of the Business Development team and support its goals to increase VNHC s revenue and reputation through relationship building, education, and patient referrals. The Coordinator will provide administrative support regarding referral account management, marketing, events, education and outreach efforts, market research, and department policies and protocols. The Coordinator will respect and promote the mission, vision, and values of Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care.

Essential Job DUTIES AND Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate patient referral thank you and feedback process through report processing, data analysis, and mail preparation.

Facilitate in-services and meetings through scheduling, PowerPoint presentation preparation, packet preparation, refreshments and room setup, note taking.

Coordinate with the Marketing department on print materials and collaterals, including design, selection, production, purchase, inventory, storage, and distribution.

Facilitate event preparations, including food/facility coordination, rentals, invitations, on-site administration.

Assist with competitor research and profiling.

Run various metric reports on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis.

Reconcile department expenses.

Maintain department policies and protocols, files, database, supplies, equipment, and general office condition in an orderly and efficient manner.

Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of VNHC s programs and services.

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times, with particular focus on responsiveness and facilitating solutions.

Strengthen the Business Development team through personal commitment and actions as a supportive team member.

Act in a fiscally responsible manner.

Follow Business Development protocols and follow organization policies and requirements.

Uphold VNHC s core values of compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Administrative and/or marketing experience required.

Must be highly proficient in the Google Suite (Gmail, calendar, documents, sheets) and a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, PlayMaker).

Must be a self-starter who is organized, high-energy, and motivated to meet and/or exceed goals.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle effectively multiple competing tasks and demands with a positive can-do attitude. Must have ability to adapt to changing situations proactively.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Must have strong data management, data analysis, and data presentation skills.

Must have strong attention to detail.

Must have excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent proof-reading and documentation presentation skills.

Must maintain high professional standards in appearance, conduct, and work product.

Must uphold strong customer service by focusing on responsive, collaborative, and sustainable solutions.

Must be passionate about VNHC s mission and upholds the agency s core values of compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile - in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
