I bought this to use myself to update and repair. I no longer have the time to work on. If you are a very handy person and you no your way around the tool box, this could be a great project for you.
It was bought for $21,410.59 new and used very little. These units sell for 10 to 12K very hard to find. My thought put around 2K into it and you could have a nice unit.
Model # 1006 about 10'5" floor space. It weights about 3300LBS NOT FOR A 1/2 TON TRUCK. one ton dually would be best.

This camper was built with a full aluminum frame it will hold 2000 lbs on the roof alone.
All the appliances work great I'll test them for you.
This unit has happy jac remote electric lifting jacks with dually swing out brackets. Can be used on a dually truck.
Also has a Generac 3600 Impact LP generator with only 21 hours on it. (IT'S NOT EVEN BROKE IN). This unit sells for over 2K
Also has an aluminum fold up step ladder for easy entry.
It has also been kept under a carport to dry out for about a year.

The unit was parked under a tree for about 5 years therefore the roof covering will need replaced
there is wall damage on the inside, (around the window on the driver side) nothing new paneling wont take care of.
The floor under the shower will need replaced, might have't to remove the shower to replace it properly.
Some of the plywood floor will need replaced in front of the bathroom. Iv'e taken out some of it so it could dry out.
I removed some of the paneling on the back wall so it could also dry out.

After the roof is replaced installing insulation and paneling and your done. I will give you my contact on all the materials you will need.
He owns an RV repair shop and this stuff is all to common for him.
Remember all aluminum frame. This was a high end unit and built very well.

The camper has neutral colors and updating the cabinet hardware, fixtures floor covering will be a breeze.
I'm a retired building contractor that has started a new business building and repairing Ford diesel trucks.
Business is picking up we are building a new commercial building on a lot in town.
I just don't have the time to devote to this project to do it right. That is why I'm selling it no other reason.

I'll state this again if you are unsure you can handle this this might not be for you.
Like I said basic remodeling skills and this could be a nice unit.
Have you seen what these things sell for new, take a look and you'll see why i bought it.

I have all the manuals and sales brochures for everything!!! I even have the certificate of origin for it. No title needed (it has no wheels).
I'll get some pictures of the inside to you upon request.
I also have a very heavy duty platform that it can sit on for the repairs.

Delivery is available for extra.
