I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom and bathroom of a 3/2 home. < 5 miles south of FSU!

Rent:
$500 a month, all utilities are included. No hassle of dividing up bills, you only pay rent.

Utilities included:
Electricity, water, trash, propane, internet.

Amenities:
Central A/C, central heating, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer, large washer & dryer, Comcast internet, TV in living room, and a bed can be provided for your room if requested. Parking area fits several vehicles. Very spacious shared kitchen and living room.

Lease:
The lease can be month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year depending on your needs.
If you decide to move in during the middle of a month, your first month's rent will be pro-rated accordingly.

What you get:
You'll be renting out the large master bedroom in the house along with the connecting bathroom. These spaces are 100% yours. There's also a small walk-in closet . Common spaces include a spacious living room, a front and back patio, and the kitchen. The space that belongs exclusively to me is basically just the south side of the house: two small bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Who I am, and who I am looking for:
I am a male in his early 20's. I am a respectful, friendly, and quiet person, and am accepting of all lifestyles and types of people. Males, females, couples, and all family compositions of all ages are welcome, as long as you think you'll have enough space in the house.

Smoking:
The interior of the home is non-smoking. Smokers are allowed, but you must smoke outside. There are screened patios on the front and back porch.

Pets:
Pet owners are welcome, including exotic pets. No pet deposit or fees. The backyard is not currently fenced in.

Chemicals:
Pesticides and herbicides are not allowed to be sprayed in or around the house. If a pest problem develops inside, I will promptly eliminate it.

Privacy:
Since this is a roommate situation, we will both respect each other's privacy and personal space, not eat food that isn't ours without asking, not blast music while someone is trying to sleep, etc...the basic common courtesy roommate stuff. Our bedrooms and bathrooms are private, while the living room and kitchen are shared spaces.

Location:
Although we'll technically be "in the county," it's only a 10-15 minute drive from the city center & FSU. There are grocery stores (Winn-dixie, Publix) and plenty of fast food joints right nearby, about 5 minutes away. The Publix is within reasonable walking distance. There are multiple bus routes right down the street. And finally, the nearest cross-street is directly connected to St. Mark's trail, a great place to jog or ride your bike.

Neighborhood:
This is a low-crime area. During the years I've lived here, I haven't been the victim of any crimes. The neighborhood is 100% quiet at night and 97% quiet during the day. There are young children and teens in the neighborhood, but they aren't so loud that you can hear them inside.
