Ria Financial is rapidly expanding and we know it takes a relentless Sales Organization to lead our company to the next level in the Money Transfer industry. If you are a confident, highly motivated individual looking for an amazing opportunity, look no further than becoming a Sales Representative for Ria Financial. We provide extensive support and training to all of our Sales Representatives so they can hit the ground running and achieve success. The ideal candidate would speak Spanish and reside in Oklahoma or Missouri.
As Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
:The mission of the Sales Representative is to sell to potential agents and manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings, conducting presentations and user demonstrations
:Actively and successfully manage the sign:up, set:up and training process of agents; and provide solutions where challenging matters arise
:Develop strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the Company
:Use solid financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of the service proposition to the prospective agent
:Provide the agents with standard POS material, system and compliance training
:Monitor FX on a daily basis for new accounts
:Complete and submit weekly reports to direct manager in the areas of business development, competition intelligence, transactions volume by agent, and expansion efforts

Job Requirements
:Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
:Flexibility to travel as per requirements
:Solid sales experience in account management, business development, and customer service.
:Spend a major part of your time (around 90 percent) out of the office recruiting new agents and developing existing ones within your territory
:Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, such as marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
:Previous experience working within field sales is a must with a strong work ethic
:Strong interpersonal, negotiation and time management skills
