QUALIFICATIONS:The Market Development Representative candidate is an intelligent, motivated person that enjoys developing new business. The candidate should be: A lead A?hunterA? An excellent communicator (both written and verbal)1+ years experience on an inside sales teamExperienced at navigating a CRM, preferably SalesforceAn experienced prospector, skilled at navigating a company hierarchy and finding the right contactA natural at quickly developing rapport on the phoneCapable of engaging decision makers at all levels of an organizationAble to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast paced environmentExperience with start:up companies, a plus RESPONSIBILITIES: Engaging senior level executives at some of the largest, most innovative e:commerce companies in the worldLeveraging cold calling, emailing, and social media to build the top of the Sidecar sales funnelNew business development :: research and prospecting of potential clients, and educating those prospects to develop them into sales:ready opportunitiesQualifying inbound leads and managing the inbound lead processWorking closely with sales reps to build a sales pipeline that will lead to continued company growthMaintain and update the CRM of record (Salesforce) WHO WE ARE:Sidecar built a technology from the ground up thatA?s dedicated to one mission: Tackle the challenges retailers face in data:driven e:commerce channels.
