Job Description
Client Service Manager
Haines Consulting Group, a member of Banc Consulting Partners is currently searching for a Client Service Manager to work onsite at our Philadelphia office location to provide analytical, administrative, and sales support to existing and prospective bank clients. A qualified candidate must have experience in the insurance, accounting, or banking industry as well as an underlying desire and distinctive ability to contribute to the growth of the firm and ultimately expand upon their own professional responsibilities and achieve their long:term career potential.
Major Areas of Responsibility:

:Support and communicate with existing clients to ensure a superior service experience
:Develop, enhance, and prepare financial and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel
:Prepare annual due:diligence risk assessments for board:level review with existing clients
:Utilize proprietary illustration software to prepare sales proposals and due:diligence manuals
:Support in meeting preparation, documentation, and follow:up
:Build upon and maintain prospect database and help in coordination of appointments in various geographic regions
:Support and collaborate in target marketing initiatives
:Facilitate IT, branding, and proposal related enhancements using Microsoft Office applications
:Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills related to insurance, accounting, banking, benefits, tax, and regulations
Skills and Expertise Required:
:Bachelors Degree
:3+ years of experience in the insurance, accounting, or banking industry
:Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat
:Fundamental comprehension of finance, accounting, and economics
:Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
:Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
:Ability to communicate effectively, orally, in writing and electronically with C level executives
