CURRENTLY SEEKING a Barber or Hair Designer, who is experienced, to lease a chair station (infront of window) in a full-service salon and day spa (starting at $425 monthly--no move-in costs). First month free on signing a one year lease to applicants only.

Lessor assigns to hair stylist one of four stations and a retail display cabinet plus shared use of hair dryers and shampoo stations. There is one hair dryer and shampoo bowl for every two hair stylists. Lab room has assigned storage lockers for hairstylist supplies. A "must-see" as each salon area within the spa environment is unique with an intimate setting.

CURRENTLY SEEKING NAIL TECHNICIAN, who is experienced in natural nails (artificial nails are optional), for our fully-furnished nail room ($425 monthly lease--no move-in costs).

Nail room 2: Lessor provides Forte Spa whirlpool pedicure foot spa (throne chair) with recline and massage features, roll-about stool, vented manicure table with client and technician chairs, cabinets and retail display cabinets for use by Lessee. Nail room is fully furnished and has an in-spa, glass, French entry door.

Compensation: All compensation for services rendered is for the sole benefit of the Lessee.

LAKE STEVENS AREA (91st Avenue NE business corridor)

We offer attractive interiors, cordial atmosphere, walk-ins welcomed, referrals and optional participation in Wedding and Spa services packages plus display cases for marketing and retail of your own products. Your clientele is yours to build and keep. The Lessor has no proprietary interest in your clientele.

Hair salon (3): There are three, four-station salons within this spa environment. Each salon provides a pocket of intimacy in a larger context. The "Old Main" is the original salon and the "Garden" salon overlooks a private garden with well appointed seasonal displays, art and fountain. The "Westside" salon is complete and features seaonal garden focal points, including an outdoor fountain set in a small garden with caged surround, plus, two urns on pedestals showcasing seasonal displays.

Hair room (1): This semi-private spa room is self-contained, consisting of electric styling stations/over-sized mirrors, stylist chairs (2 each), back-wash shampoo system, towel cabinet, back bar, hair dryer (one each) plus, glass display towers (2) for retail. This room has an in-spa, glass, double French entry doors. Picture windows (3) flood the room with natural light, while over-looking a deck and landscaped garden areas.

Waxing station: Lessor provides waxing station for Lessee/s use with hydraulic beauty chair/bed and roll about cart for waxing pots and accessories. This station has a window, which provides natural light.

Salon/spa: Lessor provides shared use of reception area furnished with excellent quality botanicals, reception desk and reception chairs; a coffee service station with small refrigerator and hot/cold water dispenser; lab room with sink, hair salon storage cabinets and W/D; a separate W/D laundry facility with a hand sink for massage therapist use; in-ceiling stereo system and two, large, well-appointed, handicap bathrooms.

Hair stations /spa rooms lease for FT $425- $475 per month and spa room with private attached 3/4 bath or private hair spa room for FT $500 per month (FT leases based on 40 hours per week); open Monday-Saturday, 9AM to 9 PM; mandatory close on Sundays.
