Health and wellness benefits, family friendly atmosphere and long employee tenure with a casual dress code and inclusive environment THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Key Account Manager Analyze all customer requirements and develop solutions to complex problems and provide assistance to a variety of services and products Direct and support activities of colleagues working key accounts. Monitor and report on initiatives and results on key accounts. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers in organization and prepare various strategies to enhance growth. Facilitate and develop various projects to ensure optimal customer delivery for both domestic and international locations. Coordinate with operational staff and ensure all work is according to customer requirements. Participate in various industry events and conferences and assist to implement all projects effectively and enhance growth in sales. Maintain and update knowledge on all new technology in business and participate in various professional meetings for same. Analyze and prepare forecasts and estimates for account(s) revenue. Develop sales strategies in coordination with product and sales teams. Prepare reports to be submitted to Senior Management as needed. BACKGROUND PROFILE: Key Account Manager Four year degree in Business, Engineering or related field strongly preferred. MUST have industrial automation experience and worked with HMI sales Demonstrable history of success in complex sales environments with long sales cycles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience selling to all levels within an organization including engineering, C-level, and admin Proven ability to educate, influence and motivate others Ability to understand and communicate with engineers Ability to generate and develop new business Able to develop strategic and tactical plans for increasing sales at large multinational accounts Able to direct the activities of colleagues within a matrix organization to accomplish goals Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time Unrivaled customer service and interpersonal skills Proven organizational skills to manage a portfolio of clients Success-oriented, persistent, resilient and reliable Strong ethical approach to sales Individual contributor with intra-organizational work skills Preferred Experience Five years of automation sales AND HMI experience including: preparation/presentation of written proposals, contract negotiations and presentation of products.
