Company: American ALDES Ventilation Corporation

Seeking: A highly motivated candidate with 7+ years of experience in the development and management of a sales and distribution network in the residential/light commercial HVAC, building products industry, or related field. He or she must possess the vision and ability to capitalize on their broad experience and in:depth problem solving skills in order to establish an effective direction and course of action for market share growth. Entrepreneurial attitude and experience in building sales networks from scratch. Specific background in residential ventilation, heat or energy recovery products, and indoor air quality products preferred. Familiarity with Energy StarTM and LEEDS code compliance for indoor environmental quality a plus.
Responsibilities:
: Develop and structure the wholesale distribution network, managing the allocation of territories to increase market penetration. This involves identification and addition of significant new distributors as well as evaluating and managing existing distribution sites.
: Develop annual plans for growing sales and margins, and lead the implementation of those plans along with routine measurement. Report progress and development of corrective actions as required
: Structure the sales force to achieve the overall company mission. Add or reduce distributors, rep agencies, and direct sales employment levels as appropriate.
: Develop recommendations for market pricing and provide analysis for strategic positioning of the entire product line.
: Lead and train sales force and distributors in the execution of new product and marketing program introductions.
: Make technical product and application presentations to engineers, architects, contractors, building owners, and other key decision makers.
: Provide strategic market intelligence on competition including pricing, market position and approach, practices, customers, etc.
: Provide analysis and key market data to determine future product line development strategies.
: Participate as a member of the sales team to quote and negotiate project awards and contracts, and close orders on prestigious projects.

Qualifications:
: Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Marketing
: A minimum 7 to 10 years of HVAC sales and management experience
: In:depth knowledge of the HVAC industry and active participants
: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill and customer focus.
: Ability to direct and manage field operations to achieve targeted performance.
: Proven track record of setting and surpassing performance objectives, communication skills, and an inherent interest in building a business.
Location: The position is based Bradenton, FL, but a satellite office location in the U.S. near a major airport would be considered for the right candidate. Minimum 50 travel is expected.
