Miles is looking for an Advertising & Data Manager to join our Sarasota team!You will be responsible for trafficking and analyzing all program-specific customer materials in the creation of both sponsored content/advertorials and display advertising and digital content, including initial materials outreach, quality control and internal review, and final approval and placement. Additionally, you will be verifying and maintaining customer information through an online database combining data entry, proof reading and customer-service support.Essential Duties:Advertising Asset Management:Communicate with Milesa€ (TM) sales staff on a regular basis regarding contract status.Serve as the single point of communication for all advertisers.Responsible for accuracy of all advertisements and customer satisfaction.Ensure all ads are collected (and specific requests are accommodated), entered into appropriate systems, accounted for on inventory documents and are posted on time with proofs sent to customer.Communicate with advertisers regarding their contracts, artwork needed, and proofs for publication.Collaborate with internal designers to create and/or verify specifications for advertisements submitted.Proof all ads for grammar, spelling, style and customer specifications.Coordinate the send of email blasts through Campaign Monitor for Milesa€ (TM) sales to promote events and deals by providing an email template, proofing and receiving approval by the customer, uploading a list of recipients and checking for duplicates/unsubscribes, scheduling for deployment on a contracted day/time, and reporting the performance of the emails (number of opens, link clicks, etc.).Create tracking links for customers for eBook publications and proof all links.Generate a final publication review by reconciling all advertising contracts with advertisements in the products, providing Milesa€ (TM) accounting team with a ratio of images/text/listings/ads, and create a numerical layout of the book.Advertising Performance Analysis:Manage digital advertising performance, including maximizing inventory, ROI, campaign completion/reporting and sales opportunities.Responsible for accuracy of all digital performance and customer satisfaction.Identify issues and opportunities to Milesa€ (TM) sales team and the customer.Monitor pacing of all advertisement click-thru rates and CPC performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement.Analyze weekly and monthly campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement of ad performance.Update advertisement wording and images to increase advertisement performance.Create customer campaign reports and provide analysis for each campaign.Database Management:Responsible for accuracy of all data listings and customer satisfactionSort, format and proof data listings according to customer business rules, and ensure consistency and accuracyContact customers to ensure all data is up to dateUpdate descriptions and images for customer listings for both print and web productsProof all copy, images, and formatting for customer listings for both print and web productsAssist with lead generation programs by adding business information in the data engine, providing customers with login information, and explaining the process to customersWork Skills and Qualifications:1-3 years working experience in a related fieldPossess superb customer service skills and excellent attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe productsProficient with Double Click for Publishers (DFP)/Double Click for Advertisers (DFA)Proficient with Google AnalyticsAble to learn different skill sets quicklyAble to identify and solve independently and proactivelyAble to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlinesAble to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as neededWilling to take direction if and when needed, but also work independentlyAble to respond positively to customer and peer criticism and feedbackAble to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingAble to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externallyDisplay a dependable, strong work ethicAble to work in a fast-paced, professional office environmentAbout Miles Join a creative, challenging and innovative web development company that focuses on building interest in travel destinations.
