White Code Labs, (, is a Silicon Valley-based, technology startup, and we are looking for sales executives to join our team and to grow our clientele.

We offer the following services, and solutions: Software Consulting and Product Strategy, Software Design and Development, Cloud Management Services, API Services, and Big Data Services. And, we work with companies and institutions that lie within the following industries: Educational, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and Travel.

About Our Team: We are a team of 9 full-time and 4 part-time software engineers, project managers, product designers, and sales account executives. Our team members are all graduates from top-tier institutions such as; Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, UC Berkeley, and Pennsylvania State University, and previously have worked at companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, ETrade, PayPal, and Sun Microsystems.

Job Description:
We are quite serious in expanding our business and services offerings to Texas, and we are seeking experienced, senior, sales executives in Dallas, TX. The candidates must have solid prior experience in sales or business development. (Should have at least 5-6 years of experience). The candidate must be extremely strong in all aspects of sales, from generating new leads to closing deals. The candidate MUST be able to close deals independently. MUST!!

You will be working closely with the Founder, and CEO of the company. Huge opportunity to grow. Huge plus, if the individual has previously worked in the technology or software industry. (Part Time/Full Time is okay for the first couple of months.)

Job Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility is to bring clients independently with little to no supervision, and management.
- Should be willing to use some of his personal contacts as potential clients for the first few deals.
- Must be willing to network with new business professionals, if required, to grow our client base.
- Should be able to bring deals with Small to Medium Enterprises and big enterprises. (No start-ups or entrepreneurs.)
- You should be able to collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute deals with enterprises and SME\\\'s.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

PS: Until you have proven yourself, the role will be commission-based. Once you have closed 2-3 deals, your position will be promoted to a Regional Sales Account Manager position, and you will be on base pay and will have equity ownership of the company. Your commission rate for the initial few projects will range from 10-15%, and your monthly avg. income should range between $6-12k, (USD).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Should have a Bachelors degree.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Should have great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Should have at least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience.

Job Compensation:
Generous Cash Commission, bonus, base pay, and equity ownership.
