Maintain a reconciled status of multiple bank accounts. Maintain a schedule of prepaid expenses, accurately booking transactions as needed. Gather financial and statistical information to be used in cost reporting to ensure that all appropriate costs and information are included and allocated. Create Ad Hoc reports analyzing the profitability of various Valley programs. Forecasting, budgeting and other related variance analyses as well as ad hoc analysesand special proiects. Fixed asset accounting using company accounting system. Reconcile accounts, gather information and records for auditors. Develop worksheets, graphs, etc. for projects and cost reports as they arise Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Public Administration or other closely related field. 2-3 years of related experience preferred. Experience in analyzing large amounts of data. Knowledge of GAAP principles and procedures. Skilled in Excel, Access and Word. Must have good understanding of Financial Modeling, Cost Accounting methods and the healthcare field in general. Must be organized, have good problem-solving abillties, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must work well with others, be able to work independently, as well as a demonstrated ability to read, interpret and utilize regulations and policies effectively.
