General Description: Process inbound and outbound customer calls to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, provide data entry and order processing support, and perform general administrative and clerical duties Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Answer calls professionally following pre-established call scripts Research required information using available resources Provide customers with product and service information when requested Enter information into database for order processing Complete call logs per established procedures Identify and escalate priority issues Work Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Six months or more experience in a call center environment Customer service experience Good data entry/keyboard skills Proficient in basic MS office applications Knowledge of administration and clerical processes Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements: Integron will require a drug test and background check for eligible candidates in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
