1993 Mazda RX7 Touring Edition with 115700 Miles on chassis and only 4000 miles on fresh motor. This car is special! I've owned for 15 years and as much as I love this car, it's time for a new project.
Everything is overbuilt for strength and made to last. Over $30k invested in my dream car. Own a legendary car with legendary power. This car is capable, with proper tuning, to make well over 500 horsepower. It currently around 400 HP

Things that need fixed or upgraded:
Drivers side door lock OEM alarm sensor needs replaced (spare part included)
Drivers side front fender has dents, it will need replaced or minor body work done and repainted
Windshield seal needs replaced. It doesn't leak but has started to deteriorate
Needs a good tune. I've driven the car for a few years (only xxxxx miles) and it's running pig rich. It's capable of 20+ PSI with this turbo and approx 600 HP. Right now I'm at around 400HP @15 PSI.
Brakes are still OEM and work great but will need to be upgraded if racing
The clutch is good for around 450 ft/lb of torque, if you turn up boost, tuning and power, you're going to need a beefier disk and pressure plate to hold the power.
Ignition needs boosted with an HKS or similar spark booster. This will definitely help higher boost applications
Needs new front tires
