There is a front storage compartment behind the propane tanks. This can be accessed via a door on the outside of the camper and also via the bench seat on the inside of the camper

Other items to be included with the camper:
1. Ball Light Trailer Tire Leveler with custom carrying bag -- 1 step process to level and chock one side of the trailer before unhooking

3. Pop Up Gizmo High Wind Bunk End Covers -- for the 2 bed ends & 1 for the dinette end. These work great to keep the heat/cold in/out depending on how they are placed on the canvas. Another nice feature about them is they keep the bunk ends darker in the morning for sleeping in!!
4. Deluxe Add-a-Room - screen room with privacy panels which attaches via Velcro and zippers to the bag awning (lightly used)
5. Bunk End Skirt -- Wraps around back bunk end to protect items under the bunk from the weather or wondering eyes.
6. Reflectix Window Inserts -- These help keep the bunk ends cooler or warmer and darker. They are inserted in between the window screen & the canvas that zips. Easy to remove and store under the mattresses.
7. Camper Caddie -- Optional item made by Fleetwood to store clothing or other accessories. The mounts are attached to the rail by the rear bunk end and the caddie clips to the mounts for easy transport to and from the camper

This camper has normal cosmetic wear and tear for its age; however, it is in excellent working condition and the cushions, curtains, and bedspreads are in very good condition. The unit is currently winterized and we are unable to run water through the unit until it is warmer outside.

In the spirit of full disclosure, the original remote for the lift system has been slightly modified. The original remote electrical connector was not 'making up' properly with the connector on the camper. The collar on the remote connector has been removed to allow better engagement with the connector on the camper, but now it must be held firmly in place while raising or lowering the camper roof. Also, the original rocker switch has been replaced with a two pole toggle switch.

Everything works as it should. The wheel bearings and brakes have been serviced every other year and sometimes every year.

We have loved using this camper for the last 9+ years but are looking to upgrade to a travel trailer.

NADA guides shows the camper with optional items (air conditioner, awning, electric roof lift, roof rack and spare tire) at an average retail value of $7,720.
