Job Description Do you have two years of documented experience as a Receptionist or an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced dynamic, growing company? Great! We have a job for you. We are looking for a Receptionist at our Corporate Office in Oklahoma City, OK. The position is full-time, with benefits and pays between $20,800 to $27,040 annually. Our Receptionist answers all incoming phone calls and greets all visitors, clients, and customers in a courteous, friendly manner while maintaining a superior level of professionalism. Responsibilities · Routes incoming calls to the correct employee. Ensures all visitors are checked in per company procedures. Answers inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. · Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. · Transmits information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. · Performs administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents. · Files and maintains records. · Provides information about the company, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. · Sorts, distributes, or prepares mail, messages, or courier deliveries. · Processes and prepares memos, correspondence, or other documents. · May receive payments and record receipts for services. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Keeps workspace clean to maintain a professional office appearance. · Maintain proper dress code and personal hygiene as listed in Company Guidelines. · Light data entry. Other projects as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in use of computer with intermediate knowledge of MS Office software. Proficient in use of office equipment (multi-line phone system, fax machine) Ability to lift and carry 25 – 50 pound items. Efficient organizational habits Keen attention to detail High level of personal work integrity Preferred job qualifications Minimum two (2) years of experience in the following - answering multi-line phone systems, greeting the public, and working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). MINIMUM EDUCATION: HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required
