Position Description About this Company CGB Enterprises Inc. (CGB) is a private US corporation with foreign ownership (Japanese). The Zen-Noh group and the Itochu group are each 50% owners of CGB. The owners consider CGB to be a long term,strategic investment and have jointly owned CGB for 20+ years. CGB (www.cgb.com) is a corporate holding company for a diverse group of businesses involved in: domestic & export grain operations, farmer risk management services, fertilizer wholesale and retail, bulk product terminaling, vessel anchorage & stevedore services, barge-rail-truck logistical and transportation services, barge fleeting & shipyard repair services, oilseed processing, and mortgage financial services. These businesses employ approximately 2,000 (+/-) people in 22 states. The grain operations constitute CGB's core business, employing nearly 950 of the employees. One location has an organized contract with the Teamsters union involving approximately 20 - 25 employees. Zen-Noh Grain Corporation (ZGC), which is one of CGB's shareholders, occupies the same corporate office as CGB. ZGC employs approximately 225 people in its operations. The company's primary business is the export grain business. ZGC is the 4th largest exporter of grains from the US. ZGC has operations in 3 states. The operations are centered at Convent, Louisiana where employees operate and manage one of the most modern and efficient export elevators in the world. Approximately 135 employees are employed at Convent working 24 hours per day, 365 days each year. There are currently no unions involved. Zen-Noh'strading and administrative offices employ approximately 40 employees in Covington, LA., and they have 50 (+/-) employees in the Portland, OR and Pasco, WA areas. Both companies utilize a decentralized management structure led by division Vice Presidents or General Managers. The majority of CGB's and ZGC's corporate overhead functions are consolidated into one operation. CGB Enterprises is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our IT Department. This opportunity offers upward mobility with a stable company. The Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Administrator is responsible for supporting day to day administration and operation of the company's MS CRM system with and along-side the CRM functional team, as well as working with the user community on an ongoing basis to improve and enhance the system to support business objectives. This person would be providing general system maintenance and end-user support through best practices and coordination with the IT team, division system owners, and CRM users. The MS CRM Administrator should have a strong understanding of business process management and functional experience with MS Dynamics CRM. Specifically, the candidate will need these key functions: A strong understanding of enterprise use of MS Dynamics CRM MS Dynamics CRM Best Practices Business and Systems Analysis Maintenance and Optimization Testing for Updates and Upgrades Configuration and Customization Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Possess strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication skills. In addition to the above, responsibilities will Include: Ensure that MS CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues. Administer system, establish user security, optimize configuration, and perform daily system and data maintenance. Collaborate with other MS CRM Administrators, Business Systems Analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of CRM programs, applications, updates, and data integrations. Gather, analyze, and define end-user requirements for CRM data access and usability in accordance with business objectives. Conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies or technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investments. Establish service level agreements with CRM users, and provide technical and CRM-specific business process support for users via company Help Desk. Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality. Devise, coordinate, and conduct data-cleansing initiatives to purge and eliminate corrupt or redundant information from CRM database. Formulate and conduct training sessions and teaching materials for propagating CRM knowledge. organize internal user group meetings to gain feedback and provide direction to CRM power users. Position Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or associated field preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise 2013/2015/2016 is essential. Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills. Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training sessions. Ability to be creative and proactive in developing and delivering solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt to all audiences. Capability to work both individually and in a team environment. ​​ Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft CRM Certification is a plus Agile experience is a plus Insurance, loan, or agriculture background is a plus
