I've got a vintage rv here...it's a 1972 Dodge Champion Motor home with the original 72'Chrysler LA 318 polyshereical V8 with 2 barrel carburetor. Even though it's currently in salvage condition (as it sat in a field for 2 years and was used as a kids playhouse!), the bones are great! The *rubberized* roof is walk-on solid and has been sealed with aluminum sealant for extra protection. It doesn't leak at all! The floor is also walk-on solid and shows no evidence of leakage or being soft! Most of the original characteristics still remain...and are in decent condition! The interior has an open layout and gives you the feeling of being in a much larger space than its 24 foot length! I had it inspected by an RV mechanic, who was assured me that it was in good condition, easily repairable. Basically, the 45 year old fluids & *rubber belts, hoses, and seals/gaskets need to be replaced...as would any vehicle of this age! But currently DOESNT RUN so can be towed with towbar, if necessary! It also needed a new battery, which I've already purchased! Although the gas/electric refrigerator needs to be cleaned, it still is in working condition! The stove/oven still works too..the stove just needs to be cleaned & the oven looks like it was NEVER used! The double-kitchen sink and faucet also remain and are functional! The original 70s cupboards & doors as well as light sconces are still in decent condition.

I've purchased a new battery and will include it with the sale. Plenty of new tan carpet, pad and attachment strips for updating the flooring has been purchased & will also be included in the sale. I have matching tan vinyl for covering the captain seats and coordinating forest green material for recovering the cushions throughout. Since the current 6 tires & rims are not in great condition, I've acquired 6 new replacement tires & rims, which will be included in the purchased!

Basically, someone is going to buy this gem in the rough...completely remodel it from front to back and with a little sweat...end up with that gem, currently listing for $7800!

I want $800 firm for the rv! Parting it out the motor, which is a perfect project engine for a vehicle, goes for $750 minimum on eBay! And the rear axle is perfect for off readers! The tires alone are worth at least $50 a piece! All the individual piece of the exterior can be salvaged and sold to vintage RVers!
