Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, etc using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or other programs. -Responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable via issuing, tracking and closing out purchase orders and data entry of payables. -Oversee aspects of general office coordination. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. -Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies. Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Skills: Possess professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organizational practices, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines, including computer programs such as; Quickbooks, MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
