Searching for someone interested in taking over my Park Place Luxury Apartment lease for the remaining 6 months through June, 2018. This could be a great deal for those who want to be in the heart of Campus/Downtown Madison without committing to the standard full year lease. Will be locked at my negotiated $1,195 per month rate for the remainder of the lease, normally listed at $1,250-1,300. I also have an underground heated/parking spot that can be transferred over. Great apartment and location.

-I would be more than happy to show the apartment to those whom are seriously interested (even if nights/weekend). Please text if wanting to set up a time to meet and look at apartment.
-Awesome location and newer building construction. No creaks, funky smells, etc., associated with a majority the buildings in the area. Within walking distance of pretty much everything Madison has to offer (Campus Unions-5 mins, Capitol Square-6 mins, Monona Terrace-10 mins, Kohl Center, Camp Randall, the list goes on!)
-Located on 3rd floor with large balcony. Neither the neighbors within the building or across the street party, so it is quiet even on the weekends.
-Hardwood floors in kitchen and living room, carpet in bedroom, tall ceilings, granite counter tops. Walk in closet with lots of space/storage. Central heating/cooling, full size balcony, laundry and garbage chute on floor, garbage disposal, etc.
-$1,195 per month. A great price if you are familiar with Madison rates. A full 1 bedroom/1 bath, which is worth mentioning considering most apts in this areas at my price are barely an efficiency (no bedroom). Great quality (walls/floors not paper thin, energy efficient, etc) and plenty of room if you wanted to have a roommate. There is no extra charge for roommates/couples here, only paperwork needed is to keep track of who has extra keys/garage door opener.
-Underground/heated and off-street parking.
