COMPENSATION
:
Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
:
Tiered commissions (57) of sales profit (no cap).
:
Quarterly and annual bonuses based on Company performance: If the Company quarterly sales goal is met, a bonus will be awarded to all account associates within 1 month of each quarter:end. If the Company annual sales goal is met, a bonus will be awarded to all account associates in February of the following year.
:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General duties:
:
Be available for incoming sales and customer support phone calls during business hours;
:
Travel, when required, for distributor recruiting, client visits, trade shows, training distributor staff, and when otherwise necessary. Travel should not exceed 30 of account associates total work time;
:
Aid in the development of processes and procedures to improve department and Steamericas generally;
:
Utilize Steamericas CRM systems on a daily basis, including scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles;
:
Meet regularly with members of Steamericas management to review daily and weekly activities, setting and progress on goals, and status of prospective customers;
:
Perform other duties, as assigned by members of Steamericas management.
Sales:
:
Receive incoming sales calls, qualify and turn into customers if not current customers; upsell existing customers if appropriate;
:
Monitor and follow up on incoming online leads promptly;
:
Generate leads and opportunities for potential sales by targeted solicitations, including targeted cold:calling;
:
Recruit new dealers and accounts in assigned territories;
:
Complete scheduled and cold:call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow:up appointments with customer decision makers;
:
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, sales
proposals/presentations and follow up with key customer decision makers;
:
Meet quarterly sales goals for each account and individual quarterly and annual goals;
:
Generate leads for distributor accounts by proactively planning and executing sales and marketing strategies and training distributor salesforce;
:
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly;

Account management:
:
Receiving incoming customer service calls and provide necessary support and/or refer calls to appropriate company personnel;
:
Educate new and potential customers on products, operations, and basic maintenance;
:
Ensure positive customer service experience and build long:term relationships with distributor accounts by regularly communicating with customers via personal visits, telephone calls, e:mails, and/or web conferences;
:
Regularly monitor distributor performance to ensure that distributors are on track to meet quarterly and annual goals;
:
Build orders per customer purchase orders and requests, and submit to appropriate department for fulfillment;
:
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and serve as client:account manager by upselling and cross:selling to existing customers;
:
Ensure customer and distributor accounts are aware of and uphold Steamericas terms and conditions, including shipping, return, payment, territory, and warranty policies;
:
Coordinate and send announcements and promotional materials to clients regarding new products, safety or warranty information, or any other relevant information;
:
Lead and inspire clients over the phone or in:person to affect a positive outcome;
:
Be a point of contact for (international) customers brokers and consultants to ensure streamlined order and problem solution fulfillment;

QUALIFICATIONS
:
Must be a fluent Spanish speaker (native preferred) written and spoken professionally with proper grammar
:
Bachelors degree and 5+ year
