As a Seasonal Trainer you will design, develop and conduct effective new hire, product, soft skill, refresher and virtual base classroom essential functions.

Job duties include:

* Use professional training skills to continually assess needs, measure performance, design training solutions, and measure results for Customer Care Center.
* Calibrate with other Williams-Sonoma, Inc. training entities, including Corporate training, Store?s training and other Customer Care Center training departments to ensure training consistency.
* Design and develop effective new hire, product, soft skill, refresher and management development training
* Conduct above training, including coaching attendees? performance and behavior when necessary.
* Use professional training skills to continually and quantitatively assess needs, measure performance, design training solutions and measure results.
* Lead various projects in the training department.
* Perform other duties as assigned.


* Bachelor degree in related field, i.e. Training, Communications, Education; thorough knowledge of adult learning and learning styles, instructional design experience, and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
* 2-4 years training experience to include above areas; supervisory, call center and/or retail experience preferred.
* MS Office proficiency; presentation skills; classroom training experience.
* Strong, proven communication skills.
