Hello There, I\\\'m a long time resident since 1981. A single female over age 50.
I\\\'m looking to rent a clean,well maintained 2 bdrm apt. or 1bdrm if roomy enough. Preferably a small home, a mobile home or a quiet cozy apartment. Must be in a safe M.H. Park, neighborhood
or apt. complex. And I am on the SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER Program.
I have a 13 yr. old medium sized Husky female named Daisy. She\\\'s very friendly and my best friend. I\\\'m hoping to rent a place with a small yard that I will happily keep clean from dog poop,trash, weeds, ill even mow the grass!

My Veterinarian
has written a letter for me to provide for rental property owners that states the importance of me having my pets with me. Daisy is a great dog. Her nature is non-aggressive and she\\\'s been with me all her life. Daiay is elderly, but you\\\'d think she\\\'s still a puppy because she\\\'s​ always excited and happy to see everyone. She\\\'s very friendly, sweet and she loves children! She\\\'s spayed µ-chipped and has all current vaccinations. And she has always been an indoor pet.
I am interested in a rental w/a small yard for her with potential for grass to grow. I enjoy doing yard work and flower planting seasonally. Im a former home owner and am very comfortable as well as accustomed to being the handy person around the house. Although, I do not want a run down, outdated place that has exisiting, hidden problems that have been left for me to deal with! I\\\'ve been in that situation before and it\\\'s awful. The Housing Authority has strict guidelines that all parties are to obide by. I\\\'m only interested in a pre-cleaned dwelling, prior to my moving in that is. It doesn\\\'t matter whether the walls are old Adobe stucco or if it\\\'s a less older place. All that I ask is it be cleanEd thoroughly prior to move-in. A well maintained livable rental that has secure locking doors. A front door and a screen security door is best. A rental without rodents, roaches and unseen issues. And somewhere in the VACINITY of Locust St.and that\\\'s Section 8 Housing Authority accepted. I\\\'d prefer a 2bdrm, but I\\\'ll certainly consider a 1bdrm if there\\\'s a small storage shed or storage room attached​. It\\\'s crucial that I\\\'m close to grocery shopping, a laundry facility some grassy places to walk my dog. I have been a good and responsible tenant. My rent is paid on time, all the time and without having to be reminded. And I don\\\'t mind paying rent early if I\\\'m paid before the 1st of the month.
I\\\'d really like a place that includes a washer/dryer
inside, but if not, washer/dryerhookups are just as good. Plus a small grassy yard for my sweet dog.

I would like to be relocated before Aug.1st. I can pay a deposit fee in advance if it\\\'s the right place. I plan to start looking the beginning of July.
