I have for sale my Jayco ZX33 5th-wheel toy-hauler camper. It is approx. 36' long and 8.5' wide. No slides. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom. A queen bed that drops down in the garage area at the far rear of the camper. It has a table that makes a 3rd smaller bed and a couch that folds down to make a 4th bed, similar-sized to the 3rd bed. It has ducted heat and air that work very well. It has 50-amp electrical service, and also has a 5,500 watt onboard Onan generator (approx 50 hours usage), a 105-gallon water tank (that I've never used. Always used water hook-up in campground), six-gallon water heater (heated with both propane and 120-volt electric). It also has the optional utility wall and door that separates the kitchen area from the garage area (makes a nice privacy wall for those who are up front and those who may want to sleep, etc., in the back or vice-versa. It has lots of extra space under the queen bed in the back that my family and I used to throw our deer-hunting stuff under and keep out of the way. However, I've had friends with a similar camper, who used a air-mattress in this location for a 5th bed when needed. It is wired for cable-TV and satellite TV, but not presently a TV in the camper. I have put a motorcycle and 4-wheeler in the garage without any problem, with plenty of room for other toys. Those two toys were all I had. It has a large ramp door on the rear of the camper for garage access for your toys. I also had this camper wired for trailer lights and had a light-duty hitch added to the rear of this camper. I use it sometimes to pull a 6' x 12' single-axel trailer for hauling unused fire wood home from camp. Won't handle much more weight than that. Also has a fuel station with pump and fuel hose for your toys.

I put brand-new 10-ply tires on it all the way around (4), including new spare tire (1), and had both axels greased about 1/12 years ago. I also put a new sealer coat on the roof last spring (2016). Last fall, immediately before taking it deer hunting / camping in November, I had the electrical switch from for the generator replaced new.

It has a little weathering on the outside and is presently under a full covered stall (for about the last two years), so the decals are a bit brittle and rough. If decals are important to you, you may replace at your option. Otherwise, everything on the trailer works as it should. Overall, and relatively speaking, the camper has been used very little since I bought it new from Mashburn's RV in Jonesboro in January 2008. The only reason I plan to sell this camper is because I haven't had time to use it enough to justify keeping it, but kept thinking that I might. Literally one week in November each of the past few years. That's it.
