Job DescriptionOur company provides fluid management services for Aerospace/Defense and Precision Manufacturing, monitoring and maintaining their metalworking and process fluids, while also identifying and implementing cost savings opportunities. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Engineering degree required, Chemical Engineering degree preferred Must be a United States citizen Industry experience with metalworking processes and fluids preferred Ability to work effectively with all levels of clients personnel, from the operator level through plant management is required Conduct business and cost based critical analysis of current conditions in the manufacturing environment, identifying, communicating and implementing cost savings to the customer Perform lab analysis, interpret vendor lab analysis results, and create and implement corrective action steps to maintain OEM fluid standards, EHS and Manufacturing goals Lean Manufacturing experience preferred Six Sigma certification and/or similar experience preferred A self:starter, with ability to plan and implement daily requirements and project work at clients location with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, along with proficiency with the Microsoft suite of business software The current position will be located at our clients Keene, NH manufacturing facilitySalary range is 50,000 : 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
