**Job Description:** **Lowe's may utilize email communications for interview invites & notifications, please remember to check email regularly.** Assist customers by answering and directing incoming phone calls and internet fulfillment. This includes providing excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns, enrolling customers in Lowe's programs, and opening registers when needed. Job Requirements Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information. 6 months experience using a handheld device (eg, mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information.
