Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollmentsRespond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment statusReconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changesResearch errors by comparing enrollment error reports against system information along with records from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid ServicesThis is a challenging role with serious impact. It\'s a fast paced, intense and high volume operation where accuracy and quality are essential. You\'ll need to be focused, learn fast and contribute quickly as well as communicate effectively. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications and work within dual monitors. Must know how to work within Outlook (create and modify emails and calendar), excel (create and modify spreadsheets), word (create and modify word documents). 1+ year of experience in a related environment (ie office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools with HIGH attention to detail.Prior eligibility/enrollment experienceUnitedHealth Group is a team of more than 260,000 people who are building career success through commitment, compassion and a desire to make a difference.
