For our clients, our PeopleSoft Senior Consultants reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of PeopleSoft implementations. Responsibilities will include:* Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.* Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).* Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training. QualificationsRequired:Functional professional with 2 complex, full lifecycle PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management - Order Management/ Distribution implementations (PeopleSoft R9.2). A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing some combination of PeopleSoft SCM - OM & Distribution modules in 9.2: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, eProcurement, Costing or ConfiguratorA senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation Up to 80% travel requiredA Bachelor's degreePreferred:Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentExperience mentoring junior staffAn advanced degree in the area of specialization How you'll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
