Job DescriptionAs a Receptionist/ Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of clerical office functions. You will be responsible for composing memos, answering phones, greeting customers, reconciling statements and general errands.Job Responsibilities Scheduling and managing calendars Answering phone calls and relaying messages Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors Monitoring visitor access Coordinates the pick-ups and delivery of express mail services (FedEx and UPS), etc Manages the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Maintains and distributes facility phone directories Manages conference room scheduling and assists with even planning as needed Assists with travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, coordinating luncheon orders for meetings as needed Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mailings, and meeting preparations Providing support for multiple projects Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense report Prepare journal entries, private assets, month end, and reconciliations Reconciling expense reports Reconciling credit card statements Handle sensitive personal requests Running errands as needed Receptionist duties Prepares reports, correspondence, and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Other duties as required/assignedAdministrative Assistant/ Receptionist Job Requirements Must have excellent communication skills Must be a team player Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) A strong work ethic is essential Must be flexible and willing to learn At least 1 year of experience in a similar clerical office role Knowledge of accountant/bookkeeper experience in financial service High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Must have a proven track record working with and tracking detailed information Knowledge of clerical procedures and protocolBenefits package includes Medical Dental and Vision Plan Options Holiday Pay 401KCompensation $12.00 to $14.00 per hourJob Type: Full-time
