Our Bilingual Sales Representatives are very important to our success and often the first point of contact for our customers. Use your ability to make real connections with potential customers by providing an exceptional buying experience. Youll spend 90 of your time handling inbound calls from small business owners regarding insurance rates and policies, offering our customers tailored solutions to meet their needs. Our Sales Representatives provide an exceptional buying experience by understanding and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Already have a P and C (Property and Casualty) License? Get an additional 500 bonus if youre hired
Candidates with a valid P and C license for sales will receive a 250 bonus in your first pay check. Receive an additional 250 bonus after 90 days in the position.
Pay Rate: 15.00 : 19.00 plus:
:li/: Additional 10 shift differential pay when you work evenings or weekends
:li/: Annual gainshare bonus of up to 16 of your salary Our bonus program rewards each of us based on company performance
Start Date: Monday May 22nd, 2017
Training schedule: 11:45am : 8:30pm / Mon : Fri for approximately 16 weeks
Work Schedule (after training) : you have 2 full:time schedule options to choose from based on availability:
Option 1: (11:45am : 8:30pm) Work: Sun : Thurs Off: Fri and Sat
Option 2: (11:45am : 8:30pm) Work: Tues : Sat Off: Sun and Mon
We provide robust, paid classroom and hands:on training You will learn a new skill and start a new career by becoming a licensed insurance agent. (As part of completion of training, you must pass testing to obtain Property and Casualty license.)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience to be Successful:
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment including consultative sales and ability to influence and close the sale
- Demonstrated ability to learn how to sell a complex product requiring specific expertise and knowledge
- Effective phone communication
- Demonstrated success in a team environment
- Computer skills including an ability to navigate screens for searching purposes and basic software applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Lotus, Email), and typing skills
- Time management strategies
