Job Description:The role of a Leasing Consultant is 1/3 salesperson, 1/3 advisor, 1/3 administrator. You have to sell your community, but you have to do it by listening and adapting to the needs of your customers. You’re the community’s cheerleader, leasing rock star, and customer service champion!
