Knightvest is currently seeking an Experienced Property Manager to join our team at a community in Austin, TX. Responsibilities: Works with management in maintaining and adjusting rates, monthly renewal rates and incentives Directs and coordinates activities of leasing staff engaged in marketing and leasing of apartment units and community Ability to meet targeted NOI Prepares monthly and annual detailed budgets and financial reports for property Reviews and codes all invoices for payment Reviews and investigates resident complaints. Resolves resident complaints concerning other residents or visitors. Promotes positive public relations with apartment community residents Guide team members, trains subordinates, evaluates employees, maintains payroll records, hires and terminates employees in accordance with company policies and under direction of Regional Property Manager Confers with maintenance technician concerning deferred maintenance, the operational budget, staffing issues and overall maintenance related issues Performs evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents Ensures that bank deposits are made daily or as necessary, purchases necessary office supplies, coordinates disbursement of petty cash funds Approves and submits all financial compensation reward to Executive Management Adheres to Fair Housing and federal and state compliance laws Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Two to four years of experience in residential property management required Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred Experience developing, managing and auditing a budget and/or P&L responsibilities Experience with renovations preferred but not required One year experience in supervising employees preferred Strong customer service skills; ability to provide truly exceptional service Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability and desire to be part of a team, as well as the ability to work without supervision Highly proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with OneSite and ALN preferred Company Description At Knightvest, our greatest investment is in our talent.
