As part of the Enterprise Business Continuity Management team, this person will provide support to the Technology organization and oversight of the disaster recovery program.Analyzes systems and dependent business functions and processes to identify risks, points of failure, vulnerabilities and develops risk mitigation strategies. Identifies areas of potential loss or damage and quantifies impact. Implements and evaluates compliance with business risk reduction policies, standards, and procedures.Works with IT to develop IT BIAs, risk assessments and to determine issues/gaps in application or IT recovery strategies.Works closely with technology teams to understand processes and applications to ensure appropriate disaster recovery strategies are in place across IT infrastructure, critical business applications, and additional technology services.Administer a comprehensive recovery program, including disaster recovery plan and IT business continuity plan development, crisis management, incident /emergency response, and testing requirements based on program policy and guidelines.Assumes a leadership role in coordinating data center and communications for recovery testing and vendor testing efforts. Apply knowledge of principles, best practice, standards, and emerging trends to the recovery programAssist in continually maturing the overall BC/DR programDeveloping and reporting appropriate metrics REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCEDemonstrated success in the implementation of a technology risk framework to support disaster recovery and meet financial regulationsThorough understanding of financial industry regulations including OCC and FINRA requirements and DRII Professional PracticesExperience working in IT Data Center environment with proven understanding of all datacenter operations, high availability solutions and testing. Working knowledge of distributed infrastructure technologiesIncident/crisis management experience and ability to manage incident calls with multiple senior level stakeholders.CBCP/MBCP certification through DRII, BCI, or equivalentMinimum10 years\' experience in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery with expertise in coordination of data center recovery exercises and all disciplines of Business Continuity planningProven leadership recovery experience requiredExperience in developing strategies/plans to respond to cyber eventsExpertise in developing metrics and presentations for all audiencesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to develop network of reliable partnerships in the IT organization.Ability to manage effectively in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities DESIRED EXPERIENCEProven project management skillsDemonstrated experience in responding to internal/external audit requestsExperience with the Archer GRC tool EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, TRAININGBS/BACBCP/MBCP certification through DRII, BCI, or equivalent BENEFITS We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
